Gustavo Lauria, founder and creative manager of strategy at We believers spoke with PRODU about his role as president of US Hispanic Circulo Creativo, and the changes the group brings into this new phase. “The feeling is that at this time there are many changes happening in the market, we feel it is time to put more personality and participation in the Circulo, and the key to everything we’re doing is about inclusion,” Lauria said.Alongside Lauria, Luis Miguel Messianu assumed the post of chairman “Luis Miguel has an advisory role, through which he projects his vision and helps us maintain perspective and direction to where we need to go,” he said. He also mentioned the great contribution of Bettina Abascal and Paco Vargas. “Bettina with a key role and Paco Vargas, with a clear strategic vision that is helping us a lot.”Another novelty of this new phase is the invitation to the planners to actively participate in the Circulo. “We do not only want to be inclusive with idea men but also to all those who have to do with making a better creativity, and we want to invite planners. To do so, Marta Insua from ALMA and Marco Vega my partner, will be in charge of strategically lead what will happen in the planning within the Circulo.””The idea is that the Circulo stops being a creative circle and starts being more a circle for those who work in this industry, and thus open the door to people from media, producers, etc., from which all may propose and benefit,” he said.
